Hosni Mubarak: The Man who ruled Egypt with emotion!

“El-Hamdou lillah",Thank God, we escaped the worst!

November 19, 2003, President Hosni Mubarak, who was 75 years, delivered the traditional speech opening the parliamentary session in the gallery of the Majlis al-Shaab (People's Assembly).
The speech was broadcast live on Egyptian state television. Suddenly the image is interrupted. Before cutting off the image, Hosni Mubarak coughed several times and then releases a handkerchief from his pocket to wipe the sweat on his forehead.
When the image returns, the president is gone. You can see the members who are agitated over their banks and in the corridors. Viewers fear the worst. The small Egyptian people deeply moved holds its breath.
A few minutes later, the announcer announces with deep voice that the president has suffered a "mild discomfort". A Muslim MP and an Orthodox priest are appointed to lead prayers for the health of the Raïs.
A few yards away, the Information Minister, Safwat el-Sherif told reporters that "the President is fasting, despite a cold for which he is treated with antibiotics..."
To reassure the world, the Speaker of Parliament, Dr. Ahmed Fathi Sorour mounted the rostrum and announced that the president is fine and will return in a few minutes. Forty-five minutes later, the Egyptian viewers grow a large sigh of relief when they finally see  back the image of President Mubarak a hint of a smile with a hello hand. He is greeted by applause from MPs.
Pale, yet he greets, punctuating his appreciation of "El-Hamdou lillah" and still speak for five minutes before disappearing.
Without further explanation, Dr. Mohammed Awad Tageddine, Minister of Health explains to television: "With the drugs and the heat, just undergone an electrocardiogram and analysis. He goes well and is in perfect health. With medication and heat, he felt that his blood dropped.

The miracle of the massacre "Mednet Nasr"

On October 6, 1981 at the military parade on Medinet Nasr in Cairo, four military insurgents under the command of Khalid Islambouli stormed the gallery. Hand and unload their automatic weapons on the Egyptian president, Anwar Sadat, sat in the front row. Two bodyguards tried in vain to protect the Raïs who just blew up. Two assailants, fundamentalist Muslims continue to shoot him. Everything is filmed live like a war movie.
Reached by fifteen balls, Anwar El-Sadat died upon arrival at the hospital. Just sitting on his right, Hosni Mubarak, then vice-president emerged unscathed with a slight hand injury.
During the assault, many dignitaries were wounded, including James Tully, then Irish Minister of Defence. Others are killed, including the Cuban ambassador in Egypt and an Orthodox Bishop. The assassination of President arouses strong emotions in Egypt. With this emotion, on October 13, 1981, the Egyptian Parliament appoints the miracle of "Medinet Nasr”, General Mohammed Hosni Mubarak to succeed him.

Attacks of bloody Muslim brothers.

Triumphantly re-elected in October 1999 for a term of six years, he was the target of nine assassination attempts fomented by Gamaat al-Islamiya, whose last September 6, 1999, was attributed to an imbalanced.
But the most spectacular is the one held in Addis Ababa, on June 26, 1995. Several snipers armed with Kalashnikovs and RPG-7, had targeted his car. "I was calm all the time because there is God, and nobody can live longer than it resolves," said he admitted afterwards.
The assassination attempt took place during transit from the Bole International Airport and the headquarters of the African Union in Addis Ababa. Despite the extraordinary security measures taken by his security chief, General Omar Souleymane installed alongside him in the armoured limousine.
Moreover, he is out of the car with the presidential guards to shoot at the attackers. Three assailants were killed and several wounded Egyptian soldiers.
According to witnesses, attackers in a Land Cruiser emerged from a side street and tried to block the presidential convoy. Meanwhile, four terrorists arise on board a grey Volvo sedan pulling shots. Other snipers on rooftops sniped at the convoy. The driver of Mubarak manages to turn back to the airport. At the scene of the attack, the Ethiopian police find two rocket launchers and bomb, that the Muslim Brotherhood did not have time to use.
"When Hosni Mubarak has dared to go to Addis Ababa to attend meetings of the OAU, the son of the prophet Moses (Muslim Brotherhood) rose up against him, had ruined his plans and returned home terrorized and horrified that he has poured accusations against the Sudan, "said Hassan al-Turabi in a speech by the official Sudanese Agency.

Instead of weakening, his misfortunes strengthen him!

The attack against Hosni Mubarak in Addis Ababa 26 June 1995 Security Council urges the UN to pass a series of resolutions:
-On January 30, 1996, resolution 1044 adopted unanimously condemned the terrorist activities of his regime and urged the Sudanese regime of Omar al-Bashir to surrender the perpetrators of the attack.
-On April 26, 1996, the Security Council adopted the resolution 1054 (abstention by China and Russia) stipulates that "all States shall take measures to restrict the entry of members of the Sudanese government and Sudanese Armed Forces on their territory and transit through this territory. "
Pursuant to the resolution, all states reduce their diplomatic staff in Sudan and restrict the number of visas issued to officials.
- Finally, the Resolution 1070 passed on August 16, 1996, agreed to an embargo against the airline "Sudan Airways.
Sudan became a State becomes a "rogue state" that the United States eager to include in the list of states sponsors of terrorism!

A delicate operation of the gall bladder.

In 2004, at age 76, he is officially operated for 40 minutes of a "slipped disc" in the trauma unit of University Hospital Centre (CHU) in Munich, Germany. In fact, it was a delicate operation "of the gall bladder" in the hospital in Heidelberg, Germany. This operation would have revealed a "terminal cancer", stated a few weeks later the Jerusalem Post.
The pan-Arab newspaper “al-Quds al-Arabi " revealed that the Egyptian president had undergone several tests at the hospital for investigation of armed Percy, Clamart, France. According to these test results, he had one year to live. It was without counting on this "Baraka" inscribed in his name, which protected him since coming to power in 1981.
In March 2010, he returned to Heidelberg hospital to undergo an ablation of the gallbladder that showed her cancer of the pancreas and stomach. At the same time, he had made remove a polyp of the duodenum.
The desire of one's political opponents called "Laughing Cow" because of his forced smile during official ceremonies was to die in power on "the land of Egypt."

Mubarak released!

On 11 February 2011, after 29 years in power the fate of Rais decided otherwise. One million Egyptians gathered during eighteen days instead of Liberation or "Did tahryr Mydans » in Cairo has put a damper on their emotions and he responded in chorus" Mubarak emerges.
