The Zairian President Mobutu Sese Seko, turned to him and explained that Bateke are one of the most primitive tribes of Bandundu and they also inhabit the Congo Brazzaville.
But Bongo did not listen and continues to madly cheering up at the VIP.
Everyone believed, he swept away by the beauty of their dancing and their accoutrements.
After the ceremony, during the official dinner hosted for his counterparts from the President of Zaire, Gabon's President announces his desire to restore the kingdom of Bateke in Central Africa and to proclaim himself "King of Bateke."
