Saudi Arabia: Two women too!

        In July 2008, a member of the Commission on the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice "Moutawa" religious police that enforces the application of Sharia law in Saudi Arabia for 56 years was arrested for married six women, three Saudi and three Yemeni or two too many, according to the Saudi newspaper Al Watan. Man claims he divorced two of his wives without providing evidence. The Governor of Jazan province on the border with Yemen, where lies the polygamous called for the establishment of an inquiry into the matter. Islam allows men to marry up to four wives, provided he has the means to maintain and he treats them fairly.          Saudi Arabia is an Islamic monarchy absolute controlled by the Saud family which covers 2,149,690 km2 and has a population of 26,131.703 inhabitants. Islam is a religion of state and religious freedom is very limited.
         Mecca (especially successful thanks to the millions of pilgrims who visit each year) which houses the Kaaba at the heart of the mosque Masjid Al-Haram, due to Saudi Arabia, the holy land of Islam.
