Kenya: Kenyan lawyer wants to do justice to Jesus of Nazareth*.

Dola Indidis for the trial of Jesus Christ and his crucifixion are unfair. And to defend himself, he is ready to enter the International Court of Justice. He explains why the thing in a video posted on the Kenyan information "Citizen News" site, taken by the newspaper Le Monde. The lawyer, former spokesman of the judiciary, considers that Jesus had an unfair trial and the guilty of his death are nothing except Italy, Israel, Pontius Pilate and the emperor Tiberius.

Where are the culprits?

Pontius Pilate, Prefect of Judea, and the Emperor Tiberius died for two millennia. In contrast to Italy, they represented state is alive and well. It is therefore responsible for their actions. Like Israel in the time of Jesus, passed laws in force at the time of the crucifixion, those of the Roman Empire (from 27 B.C. and 476 A.D.).

For Dola Indidis, Jesus was the victim of a "discriminatory and malicious who violated his human rights trial. Some of those present he spat in the face, hit with fists, slapped, mocked him, and declared that he would die,
"says the lawyer.

For there evidence?

One supporting evidence, and not least the Bible. In the holy book, it is written that particular Pontius Pilate was found in Jesus no sign of guilt. He executed him to keep the popular peace.
The Kenyan lawyer, who rubbed the policy during the last general election, said that for him it is a "duty" that "uphold the dignity of Jesus [...] and restore the integrity of the Man of Nazareth."

The case will it set a precedent?

The Kenyan lawyer, who rubbed the policy during the last general election, said that for him it is a "duty" that "uphold the dignity of Jesus [...] and restore the integrity of the Man of Nazareth.
"
The Supreme Court of Kenya refused to hear the case in August 2007. The I.C.J. it is very serious more flexible with the one who claims to be a "friend of Jesus" and it will set a precedent? Nothing is less certain ... The organization, based in The Hague, has already warned that it had "no jurisdiction to hear such a case." The international body that effect arbitrator of disputes between several states.

Faith moves mountains.

"There is a high probability of success
, says the lawyer, optimistic. And I hope it will be found in my lifetime "... Or perhaps at the time of the resurrection. Anyway, the path crosses Indidis Dola, who has studied the "record" for over ten years, is far from over.
